After a clinician reviews your intake form and confirms you are eligible to receive your Woodwork medication, your order will ship within 2 business days after your prescription is approved. Your order will typically be delivered 2 - 5 days after it ships. Subsequent orders will be shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
For erection meds, to change your medication or the strength of your medication, please contact Woodwork Support at least 2 days in advance of your next billing cycle. Your subscription is billed every 28 days.
For GLP-1 treatments, you will be sent a Refill Form each month prior to your next billing cycle and medication shipment. You will have the opportunity to share your medication preferences in this form and request an appointment with a clinician, if needed.
To update your payment method, click the Manage Subscriptions button in the Orders tab of your patient portal. You can then update your billing information.

Refund Guidelines
- You cannot request a refund after your medication has been received.
- Refunds are only considered prior to your medication being ordered.
- You may be eligible for a refund if you have a poor experience with our platform or service, prior to your medication being shipped.
- If you are disqualified or deemed ineligible after submitting an intake form, you are eligible for a refund.
- If you purchased a plan with multi-month pricing, refunds will be calculated as a prorated amount, based on the number of months of medication shipments you have already received and the regular (single month) pricing.
- If you purchase Woodwork bundled with a Grindr subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund if the reason is that your Grindr account has been banned.
If your medication appears to be damaged or incorrect, please contact Woodwork Support immediately. When possible, the medication will be replaced by the pharmacy rather than refunded. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis upon evidence of damage or if the incorrect medication was received.
You may cancel your subscription at any time either by clicking the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button on the Woodwork Patient Portal, or by sending an email with your name and email address associated with the service to hello@woodworksupport.com. To ensure a smooth process, please send your cancellation notice at least 72 hours in advance of your billing date. Subscriptions are billed every 28 days.

All patients have the opportunity to receive 1-on-1 virtual Care Coaching at no added cost. Most patients opt to meet with their Care Coach monthly, but you can choose a cadence that works with you. During these visits, your Care Coach will answer any medication questions, review any additional clinical requirements, and discuss topics like side effects, healthier eating, nutrition, stress, sleep, and lifestyle changes.
Currently Woodwork does not accept insurance. Depending on your plan, you may be able to use HSA/FSA funds to purchase your medication.
